Description
The MAF Block-Off Plate is the perfect complement to Speed Density. Speed Density tuned vehicles use a Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor to monitor the mass of air instead of the Airflow Meter (MAF) sensor, which means the MAF sensor can be removed from the intake. Removing the MAF sensor eliminates a point of restriction and turbulence in the intake tract, but can present additional issues if not done properly. The Fuji Racing MAF Block-Off Plate is the easiest way to safely delete the MAF sensor for optimal performance and enhanced engine bay appearance.
